Location: Manchester City Centre

Type: Full-Time, office based

Salary: basic salary + performance-based bonuses

About Us:

At Richardson Hartley Law, operating as National Fraud Helpline, we are committed to helping fraud victims seek justice and recover their losses. Our mission is to provide empathetic, professional support while pursuing legal solutions for our clients.

Role Overview:

Your primary role will be helping fraud victims to recover their lost funds. This will involve speaking to clients, assessing their case, reviewing evidence and drafting documents as part of the fraud reclaim process. You will be required to liaise directly with the clients, the banks and Financial Ombudsman Service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a supportive and empathetic experience for fraud victims. 

* Understand how legislative and regulatory changes affect fraud claims.

* Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping the client regularly updated.

* Ensuring client confidentiality is respected at all times.

* Acting strictly within accordance to regulatory requirements.

You will play a crucial role in gathering essential details from fraud victims, offering a compassionate ear, and ensuring accurate documentation to support our legal team in their recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a supportive and empathetic experience for fraud victims.
• Collect and record detailed, accurate information about fraud incidents to assist our legal team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case handovers and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
• A passion for helping others and contributing to a meaningful cause.
