Richardson Hartley Law has been investigating Unique Property Investment Group for a number of months.
As well as looking into the company we have been examining the actions of the banks.
We are unable to disclose precise details at the moment but we believe that the information we have uncovered will be essential in helping victims of Unique Property Investment Group to successfully recover their money.
As we continue to gather evidence we are keen to hear from all Unique Property Investment Group investors.
Aside from our own investigation findings, the administrator’s report raises serious questions about the investment firm.
The report showed that while the company had taken in more than £12m it only had £315,000 of property assets.
We do not believe that it is realistic that investors are going to recoup any significant funds via the administration process.
