The law firm was established by solicitor Martin Richardson who has a proven track record of successfully representing clients for more than 30 years.
Martin believes good communication with clients is a key component in a successful law firm. As a result, he has partnered with media consultant Jonathan Hartley, who specialises in legal PR.
The law firm offers no win, no fee agreements to help its clients gain access to justice.
Martin Richardson
Martin is a solicitor of more than 30 years standing. He has a proven track record in starting and establishing well-regarded law firms.
During his legal career, Martin has successfully created legal mechanisms through which claimants with financial claims have been able to access justice through no win, no fee agreements.
Martin is driven by a desire to help victims of financial crime, or exploitation, recover their lost funds.
He maintains the highest legal standards and is key to establishing the caring and sensitive ethos towards clients which exists within Richardson Hartley Law.
Jonathan Hartley
Jonathan is a media consultant who has worked at the centre of the UK media for more than two decades.
He specialises in PR, assisting whistleblowers and crisis management,
Jonathan’s role within Richardson Hartley Law is to ensure the highest standards of client communication, publicise the firm and warn the public about new frauds and scams.
